The hotel meals were decent, and I think most people would enjoy them. I was here on a business trip because it’s close to the port, though there wasn’t much to do nearby. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels for work, so I tend to judge them strictly. Just keep that in mind.

My room was very spacious, carpet-free, and had a great view. It was clean and comfortable, though not especially quiet since it was right over the restaurant. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had the usual continental basics. I also tried the dinner buffet, which was okay. I was only there for one night, so I didn’t get time to check out the other services. It’s a four-star hotel about a 20-minute drive from the city center. A taxi downtown costs 20 euros.

The place is very clean, and the staff are cheerful, friendly, and professional, which makes the trip more enjoyable. Hotels in Spain tend to have a high standard, and this one felt average by that measure. The big drawback for me was the visible wear and outdated rooms and lining. Management should invest in renovating the place. That one issue weighed heavily on my rating.

The room was nice and clean, but there had been smoking. The hotel is really out in the middle of nowhere and feels more like a motel. The food was awful.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge selection of what you need, and the service was excellent. The hotel itself is pretty, and the bathroom has been fully renovated. The room, though, needs more attention and should be renovated soon. Ask for an extra pillow, since the one provided isn’t really usable.
