The hotel itself is wonderful: friendly, helpful staff, really big rooms, a calm atmosphere, a nice pool, and everything clean. I'd recommend it. The gym is great too, but it was so hot inside, maybe the air conditioning wasn't working, and the water was always empty. I couldn't use it much because of the heat. As a smoker, I understand why smoking isn't allowed at the pool bar. There's a smoking area with sofas, but no shade. It was over 37 degrees, with hot wind, blazing sun and hot sofas. I'd get a drink from the bar then go back to my terrace. I would've liked to sit there for a while, but couldn't smoke in the shade by the bar, which was empty. It wasn't comfortable, and the cocktails were below average. It'd be great if they added a smoking area by the bar or at least put a large parasol over the existing one.

I stayed for a couple of nights at this relaxing hotel, which is well connected. The outdoor pools were peaceful and quiet, and one was heated. Our room had a lovely view over the golf course and the sea. The spa was wonderful, I spent hours there and had an amazing massage. Highly recommended for a few relaxing days in the sun with good vibes.

The location is very convenient, and the rooms are huge and cleaned spotlessly every day. Beatrix gave us fantastic service on our first night and made us feel so welcome, thank you. I don't understand the negative reviews. The spa looks a little worn in places, but everything still works perfectly. The staff really care about you, and breakfast is very tasty, with a good range of dishes that changes through the week. I'll be back 👍👍

At 7 pm I panicked a bit when I checked in and found nobody at reception. Luckily, an employee at the pool bar was very helpful. It's a lovely, quiet hotel, and the suite was spacious and beautiful with a really comfortable bed. The bathtub could use a little cosmetic work. Breakfast was good. I didn't try the spa, so can't comment on it.
