Montserrat is only about 10 minutes away by train. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. A perfect place to stay.

Even when the place was full, the lovely people still helped me. It’s a very nice, quiet, tranquil spot to stay in the area.

The quiet neighborhood and clean room were good points. The location is great too, with Montserrat only a few minutes away. But the room was awkward to move around in because of the large wardrobe by the entrance, and the shower was very small. There was noise from nearby rooms. The heating was off at night, there was no hot water from 10 PM to 10 AM, and despite my requests, the toilet flush wasn’t fixed. Housekeeping staff didn’t speak even basic English. I stayed at the hotel at the end of November 2025.
