Clean, quiet place, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, and it seems ideal for a night or two. The rooms are quite small, and when I arrived on Sunday the staff didn't speak English, so communication got a little confusing. Still, it's good for the price and I'd recommend it. 👍

Everything was clean, and the woman at the desk was nice. This could be fine for a single night if all you need is somewhere to sleep, but I wouldn't stay longer. The breakfast was just the cheapest jam, butter, and toast, and after 9:30 the kitchen was closed, so we couldn't eat our own breakfast. The "security" guard treated us as if we were in prison. The fact that the "common" room and showers closed at midnight hadn't been advertised, and it left us in very uncomfortable situations. Other guests we met also left after one night and were horrified by the guard's treatment. I'd rather camp in the wilderness than return to this clean, "secure" prison.

The owner was super friendly and helpful, explaining where to find nearby shops and bars, how to get to the bus station, and which bus to take. The rooms and toilets were very clean, with modern furniture, new comfortable beds and fresh sheets. There's a smart TV in the room, and you can cast YouTube from your phone. WiFi was fast too. Just awesome, I really liked the place! :)

Jose was an amazing host and owner for my night in Santander. In the morning, breakfast was toast, sugar cookies, jam, coffee, and tea. I'd highly recommend staying here if you want a host who goes above and beyond.
