Everything is within easy walking distance, and the location is wonderful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. It was the best place for us to rest and recover after our Camino. The coffee machine and washing machine took a little figuring out, but it wasn't a big deal.

We were in apartment 1, which takes up most of the first floor and looks out over the street. It sits in the historic pedestrian area, with a wide choice of cafes and restaurants nearby and the cathedral about a 10-minute walk away. The multi-storey car park is also a 10-minute walk, and the owner kindly arranged a discount there. The kitchen is well equipped, including a washer-dryer. The weather was particularly poor while we were there, so we needed the heating in both the bedroom and living area. Once we worked out how to use it, it was good. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they responded quickly.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was clean with very comfortable beds. We had a comfortable two-day stay in the old town, close to bars, a café, and an ice cream shop. The cathedral is just a five-minute walk away.

We found it really cool and comfortable, right in the heart of Santiago. Even though it's in an area with bars, it was completely quiet. Just right for a few days.
