I had to change my plans and fly out of Santiago a day earlier. Weeks ahead of time, I asked to cancel, and Booking.com made the request too, but the property refused a refund. They stopped replying to my messages after their first response. They could have had another guest, but I haven't cancelled and may only use the place for an hour before my flight. Check-in also doesn't start until 4 pm, which is late.

This is a place I'd avoid. The hotel seems almost unattended, and nobody really looks after you, so be prepared for that. The people you may need to deal with don't speak any language other than Spanish. They misplaced one of my things and handled it so irresponsibly that it caused me a lot of anxiety. They also try to influence Booking.com ratings by putting a manual in every room telling guests how to rate them. The place is minimalist and they don't care about guests. It seems their policy is minimal effort and maximum profit.

The location was okay, but the beds were terrible. Parking wasn't practical, and there was no air conditioning despite it being advertised. That was especially hard during a heat wave. Because of the room sizes, our family of four had to book two rooms.

After calling multiple times and getting no response, I couldn't get in touch with the owners at all. The location isn't ideal either. Better to stay somewhere else.
