Those pod style bunks were surprisingly roomy and comfortable, with curtains, a light and charging ports. The air conditioning was a welcome extra. The bathroom setup was less appealing: around 25 beds share just two showers, and those are in the same room as two toilets. It smelled, and cleanliness was an issue.

The hostel's bunks are sturdy and roomy, with curtains and charging ports, and having air conditioning was a plus. The bathrooms were the weak point. There are only two showers for about 25 beds, sharing a room with two toilets, and there were some issues with both the smell and cleanliness.

The bunks were much roomier than I expected, and really comfortable. Sarria is a very convenient place to stay.

Hostel Andaina's sleeping pods were so cozy and private that I stayed in to watch a movie instead of going out to explore. They helped block out creaky beds, bright lights and people heading to the bathroom at night. Each one has a lockable cabinet, power outlet, USB port, light and a small shelf for electronics. The showers are roomy and have hooks for clothes, and the toilets are up to the job. With such friendly staff, it felt like a little cocoon after a long day's walk. I'd happily pod again.

The kitchen had a fridge and was well equipped. Beside the bed there was a light and power outlet, and the curtain gave me good privacy.
