There’s a coin laundry at the hotel, which was really handy, and a restaurant right beside it for breakfast or other meals. The rooms were clean and good, and the ladies who cleaned them were very gentle. There’s also a shared space to spend time with other travelers.

The breakfast setup needs work. It was pretty chaotic in the morning, especially compared with the tidy breakfast service we’d had at other Camino hotels. The room itself was really nice and clean, and the hotel is right in the city center, very close to the church. Reception staff were friendly and pleasant.

A great place to begin the Camino from Sarria to Santiago! Getting up the hill with luggage can be a challenge if you arrive by train or bus. Then again, the whole journey is uphill 😂

Right on the Camino in Sarria, this hotel has a restaurant too. The rooms felt spacious compared with other places we stayed, and the ensuite bathrooms had good showers.

The building is amazing inside, and the place is super clean. It’s family-run, and staying here for a couple of days would be a good chance to see how a family business is managed. I’d recommend it!
