Hotel AACR Monteolivos

There are nice local places to eat around the hotel, with reasonable prices and fewer tourist crowds. It’s close to the station and not far from the city center, so the location worked well for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the reception staff were friendly, and the rooms were quiet. The pool was a great extra. We had an excellent stay in Seville and would highly recommend it.

The location made it easy to get to the train station and nearby attractions on foot. My train was delayed, so I arrived around 7pm, but check-in went smoothly. The room was roomy even though I booked the cheapest option, though its size and layout seemed to cause some echo. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, and having the sink separate from the toilet area was unusual but worked out fine. The lift is outside the building, which wasn’t obvious to me at first. There are only two floors, though, so the stairs are an easy option if you can manage them. Using the keycard to enter the hotel added a sense of security. A solid, practical stay, especially for the convenient location and room size.

We booked directly for five nights in October. The rooms are small, but that didn’t bother us since we spent most of our time out. Reception staff were great. I liked that the location was quiet, with lots of good bars and places to eat close by, plus handy public transport links. The price was very reasonable for that time of year.

Our room was modern, clean and looked out over the pool, and breakfast was good. The hotel is well placed in Sevilla, with easy travel around by foot or on the efficient bus service.
