Seville is wonderful and the location was superb, but find somewhere else to stay. The apartment was nicely decorated but stuffy, with black mold throughout. Drains gave off a foul smell the entire time, and the upstairs toilet couldn't be used because of it. The pool and terrace were a building site, even though they were one of the main reasons we booked here. I wish I'd read the Google review before booking on booking.com. It was spot on.

We found nearby hotels at similar or better prices. This place had nothing “luxury” about it: just a dark room with a small bathroom, without even the standard amenities you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. The bathroom walls had widespread mold, suggesting a serious moisture problem that basic cleaning wouldn't fix and would need professional remediation. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell, likely related to severe humidity. Communication from management was extremely poor. We reported the mold and were ignored for several hours. Booking.com advised us to check out immediately because of health concerns. The property only responded after that, and still refused to refund the unused part of our stay.

The host was great, and the apartment was clean and right in the center.

We were only two and stayed for three nights, which helped, since the second bathroom and the adjoining bedroom couldn't be used. They had a significant humidity problem and strong, unpleasant odors. We would've liked some compensation, especially because we had to sleep in the street-facing bedroom, which was very noisy. This should have been disclosed before booking, as the apartment no longer felt worth the price. Its layout was very good and the location is ideal in the heart of Seville. Communication with staff was good.
