The area was nice, the location was good, and the wifi worked well. But although it’s advertised as apartments, these are actually rooms. We got a small one with no kitchen equipment at all, not even a plate or cup or glass, and there wasn’t a night lamp. The bathroom sink and dustbin were as small as they could be, which made the place uncomfortable for a longer stay.

In Triana, the heart of Seville, this is one of the best places to stay. My room was spotless and well equipped. Comfort 💯, location 💯, cleanliness 💯, attention to guests 💯.

The flat is at the start of Triana, just a few meters from Ponte Isabel II. If you're coming by public transport, that's the best landmark for Google Maps. From Estação Santa Justa, direct line 21 drops you in front of the bridge. Triana is lively and busy, with all kinds of useful shops nearby. It's also Seville's ceramics hub, and the art is very present around the city. If you don't have major mobility difficulties, you can walk to the center, about 20 minutes to Real Alcazar or the Cathedral. It's also a strategic base for Itálica, since the metropolitan bus to the ancient Roman city goes through Triana. The building is fully renovated and modernized. The bathroom is very good, and the shower is fixed in place rather than one of those removable European ones that can fall on your head in some places. There's another removable shower head too, if you prefer that. The flat has a minibar, handy for water and other drinks, a brand-new split air conditioner, and a comfortable bed. There are a few kitchen items, like plates and pots, though I didn't use them. I noticed there weren't many, including cutlery. The building has an elevator, even though it's only three floors, which helps people with mobility difficulties.

We thought the price was fair, and the location worked well for visiting Triana and central Seville, both within walking distance. The street was very quiet, so we slept well. The only thing we noticed was a slight sewer smell in the elevator. There’s no street parking, but an open-air lot is a five-minute walk away and costs 1 euro per day. It’s closed on Sundays and holidays. We booked the second-floor room through Booking.com and stayed one night as two people. There’s no reception desk, so check-in details came through the platform and messages. Codes for both the street door and the apartment worked perfectly. Check-in starts at 2:30 PM, and check-out is by 11:30 AM at the latest. The two single beds were comfortable, though the pillows felt too firm. Furnishings included a sofa, two bedside tables, a coffee table, a desk, and a wall-mounted clothes rack. The kitchenette had a two-burner ceramic hob, sink, microwave, and capsule coffee machine, with two capsules provided for free. The cupboard under the sink had a trash can, dish soap, and a sponge. Other cupboards held cutlery, a frying pan, a pot, glasses, and cups, and there was a dishcloth too. There was also a split air conditioner and heater that we didn't need, and a wall-mounted television we didn't turn on. The bathroom was small but adequate, with a large shower and no bidet. The shower had shower gel, though I don't know if it could also be used as shampoo since it came in a universal container. There was soap by the sink in the same kind of container. Everything was very clean.

This is a lovely, quaint neighborhood, well worth a visit, and the location is really convenient. Cross the bridge and you’re downtown in about 10 minutes. There’s a pharmacy opposite, which is always useful. We stayed in a small first-floor studio with two balconies facing the street. With the windows shut, we barely noticed any street noise. It’s a small street with little traffic, though pedestrians do pass through.
