The whole team made our stay feel perfect. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and the food was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a perfect spot, with a stunning park outside. We loved the amazing roof terrace in our suite. Thank you so much, we’ll come back as soon as we can.

A lovely little hotel with a view over a beautiful plaza, and the staff were nice. There’s no mini refrigerator in the room. The other nuisance wasn’t the hotel’s fault: too many tour groups keep filling the plaza. Seville needs to regulate them better. Once, four groups were surrounding us while we tried to enjoy morning coffee. Even so, we enjoyed our stay, and the location is excellent.

The beds were comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were nice. In the mornings, it was lovely to hear the Cathedral bells. We booked the Junior Suite with the double terrace in March, but the terrace was in very poor condition: dead plants, a broken umbrella stand, a badly marked floor, and a bad drain smell. We reported it and nothing was done, so we couldn’t use it. The complimentary tea, coffee, and bottles of water were never replenished.

Everything was easy to reach on foot, and our small hotel felt personal. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I loved our corner room, with two windows and a tiny balcony. The quiet square outside was lovely, with shady orange trees in flower. There were thoughtful little things too: a double adaptor by the bed with a spare outlet for my phone, a small bathroom stool, and the WiFi password provided without me having to ask.
