Apartamentos Sevilla

We had a spacious one-bedroom apartment, well equipped, and the hosts were available when we needed them. The location made restaurant and bar hopping easy, with a Hop On Hop Off bus stop less than a five-minute walk away and a shopping center nearby. Getting inside was a bit chaotic, though. We waited outside the building for about half an hour before being let in. Even so, we'd recommend the place.

I changed my plans and couldn't make the trip, but they still charged me the full week's price after I told them I wouldn't be coming. I hadn't heard from the property until the day before arrival, and without a confirmation email I assumed the booking had been cancelled. Then, more than two weeks later, the host suddenly texted me. Communication was very poor.

The apartments from apartamentos Sevilla made our stay in Sevilla amazing. There’s loads of room and all the comforts you need, plus a big rooftop terrace that’s great for a glass of wine. A perfect place to stay. I’ll be back soon!

My whole Andalucia itinerary was thrown off, and I’m furious. Expedia texted me that morning with all my reservation details, so how was it cancelled? I ended up paying for a flight and cab, then scrambling at a bar to find a last-minute hotel that cost much more and wouldn’t bankrupt me. The extra expense means I’ll have to cut things I’d planned. You owe me for the flight, cab, expensive hotel, and time spent trying to sort this out. Expedia said you told them I wouldn’t pay a cancellation penalty. I had no part in this, and you acted as though letting me cancel a booking you said was already cancelled was some kind of favor. On top of that, there doesn’t seem to be a working front desk as claimed in the description. It’s an intercom connected to your cell, and you even went out without taking a computer to keep tabs on the business. Expedia offered nothing in return. F*** you very much.
