Céntriko Apartments Quintero 40

The soundproofing could be better, but all in all this was the best place we stayed. We were three people, and the sofa bed was roomy. Having two single beds was great, too. The location is truly excellent, with tourist attractions and great restaurants close by. I’m leaving a review since there aren’t any from Koreans.

Our apartment faced an interior courtyard, so there was no direct view of the street, though we could hear the neighbors. It was quite clean and had useful amenities, including a kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, and other utensils. The beds were comfortable, but the duvet covers were made for 90cm beds and too big for the 150cm beds, so we woke up with the sheets all tangled. Overall, a very positive stay, though a few details could be improved.

I picked this Airbnb because of the great reviews, but my experience with the host was upsetting. I was traveling with a 6-month-old baby and had even offered to pay for a late checkout because our return flight was in the afternoon. The host refused in a hurry, saying other guests were coming, even though the apartment was still available to book on Airbnb. Then a strike suddenly canceled my flight, so I couldn’t arrive. I asked to move the vacation to another date and was willing to pay any price difference, but the host refused and demanded full payment, apart from a small amount they were obliged to refund. This is the first time I’ve had this happen with an Airbnb host. The place may be as beautiful as the reviews say, but I hope you don’t have special needs and that everything goes smoothly if you book, because there was no empathy.

For Korean visitors to Seville, I found this place hard to beat for value, cleanliness, and comfort, even with plenty of other good hotels in town. There are good restaurants nearby, and it’s very convenient for sightseeing. If you come to Seville, be sure to stay here.
