This was the worst of the four places we stayed during our holiday in Andalucia. Although the flat looks nice, has Wi-Fi and TV, and is centrally located, it was dirty and hadn’t been prepared for guests. The floors and toilet were dirty, with urine and poo drops at the base of the toilet. There was lots of hair on the bedsheet, and the kitchen dishes weren’t clean either. The sound insulation was poor, so we could hear noise from nearby flats, the elevator, and the interior patio. From the bedroom door, the view was of an internal yard full of rubbish. The landlord apologized and gave us 30 Euros for the inconvenience. He also said we’d gotten a good price because it was Feria time. I don’t think that’s a good excuse. The service should be consistent and honest whatever events are happening in the city. Owners should check the accommodation if they’re unsure whether it was cleaned properly.

Samuel made us feel at home and had the apartment set up with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the living area cozy, and the bathroom spotless. We especially appreciated thoughtful touches like the hairdryer with a diffuser, something I haven’t found in many hotels. The decor was tasteful and warm, and the care taken with the details made a real difference. It was easy to explore from here, with attractions and supermarkets within walking distance. We also felt reassured by how safe the area seemed. Samuel’s hospitality and the comfortable apartment made for a hassle-free, memorable stay. We left with lovely memories and would very much like to return. I wholeheartedly recommend his place.

The location in Seville’s old town made it easy to walk everywhere. We averaged 13,000 steps a day exploring the streets, historic sites, and local food. We stayed for seven days in Samuel and his wife’s apartment, and the experience was fantastic. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we felt at home right away. Samuel and his wife were warm, gracious hosts who responded promptly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our stay was nearly flawless. There was one small issue, but Samuel had it sorted within hours. We’re already planning to return. If you’re looking for a place in Seville, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment. Thanks, Samuel and your lovely wife, for making the trip so memorable.

We spent ages choosing a place for our weekend, and were so glad we picked this apartment. It’s modern, spotless, and has everything we needed. Everything is an easy walk away from this central spot. The owner was especially helpful and lovely to deal with. I’d happily recommend it for a trip to Seville.
