Doble S - San Eloy

The location was good, and staff replied quickly on WhatsApp. But the apartment wasn't clean, and there seemed to be mold in the bathroom. The drain smell was horrible, with the bathroom right beside the bed, so we could smell it all night. The bed was only 185cm long and so worn out that two people couldn't sleep in it. I wouldn't recommend it.

The reception area smelled worse than a toilet on a bad day, and today we even saw a cockroach crossing it. The building was mostly unmanned at reception. Our room was terribly minuscule and nothing like the booking site photos. We complained by WhatsApp, but no one answered. On another day, one of the girls finally appeared at reception, and we complained to her too. She apologized about the unbearable stench in the room and said nothing could be done. She promised a response from management, but none came. There was no sound insulation, so noise carried from other rooms and the street below. You could even feel vibrations from people moving in nearby rooms. Seriously, don't ruin your visit to this beautiful town with a stay at this hostel.

The location is the only good thing. The room facing the street was a nightmare, extremely loud, and you could hear everything. The hotel walls and echo were just as bad. They really need to invest in soundproof windows. We left tired and sleepy.

Right in the heart of Seville, this place has a great location and the rooms are very good, clean, and bright. Prices are reasonable too. I was really happy staying here and will come back!
