Eurostars Al-Ándalus

We went back to Eurostars after staying in many of their hotels in Spain. We stayed here in mid-April and didn’t expect too much because of the hotel’s age and its Google Maps ratings. What stood out was the people and their attitude. I’ve never met such kind and empathetic people. Everyone in customer service and the restaurant was welcoming, cheerful, and ready to help, guide us, and care for us day or night. I especially want to mention Isabel, who I hope I’ve identified correctly. She was working during the first part of the day on 10 April 2026. She was amazing, doing her best to resolve my issue, and was professional, polite, and empathetic. Thank you, Isabel! I recommend the hotel for its superb location and the people who work there. We’ll be back at Eurostars.

The rooms have plenty of space, but the cleaning was poor. There were stains on the soft furnishings, obvious cobwebs, and the area under the bed clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The soundproofing isn’t great either, so light sleepers may struggle. There’s good bus service, though the hotel is quite far from central Sevilla and not an easy walk. It’s a functional, very large hotel, but outdated and in need of some care, especially on the outside. Dinner in the restaurant was mediocre and expensive, not worth eating there. It was fine, but nothing special. I’d probably choose a different hotel next time.

It’s a bit dated, but nicely maintained. The rooms were clean and the staff were nice. Prices seemed reasonable to me, and the bartenders were especially kind and helpful when I didn’t speak Spanish. It’s not near the city center, but it’s close to a major street with public transportation.

The staff were welcoming, and the bar and service were great. My room was always clean, spacious, and had a comfortable big bed. The price and quality are very good, and I had a really enjoyable stay. The flowers in the lobby were a super nice touch. I’d definitely come back.
