La casa del Lagar 10

The air conditioning didn't work during either of our two nights, and the apartment was really cold. Even with two blankets, we got sick. I told the owner, who confirmed there was a problem and said it would be fixed after we left. We could only use the apartment to sleep, which wasn't why we'd chosen it instead of a hotel room, so I asked for a refund. Nothing was done about the issue; we were moved to another apartment that was just as cold and also had no working air conditioning. The property replied that Seville was at 13 degrees and suggested we could manage with another blanket, without taking into account that it was 4 or 5 degrees at night. A really bad experience. I won't recommend it, and this is not a serious booking partner!

The apartment hotel was spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. After checking out, I realized I'd left my earphones behind and got in touch with the staff. She kindly mailed them to Switzerland, and we were very happy with our stay.

There were cockroaches in the room when we arrived, including lots of dead ones on the floor. I have photos. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned, and we couldn't stay there that night, so we went to another hotel. They moved us to an upstairs room the next day, and that room was good. They should have refunded the first night's cost, but they didn't.

The owner was really friendly, and the place is very nice and well located.
