The apartment’s location was handy, in a quiet neighborhood with cafés and restaurants downstairs, and less than 10 to 15 minutes on foot from the main shopping area. You can walk to Seville’s key attractions in about an hour. Our room was on the top floor, just over 100 square feet, but had everything we needed. The washing machine and basic cooking facilities were useful for our long-term travels. We arrived at 8 p.m. Anna’s husband helped us park, then Anna personally showed us to the apartment, tucked into a small alley. She carefully explained the facilities, suggested nearby restaurants, and pointed out local sights. Her gentle voice still stands out in my memory. The hosts surprised us with a bottle of white wine. We enjoyed it on the cozy balcony, door open to the crisp autumn breeze, looking at the stars under the night sky. It was an unforgettable evening. We’d choose this apartment again on our next trip to Seville and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The apartment is super central, and we didn’t need a taxi to get anywhere. We asked for a balcony room, and it was gorgeous, with a well-appointed balcony where my wife and I sipped wine, watching clouds drift by and listening to the gentle murmur of the streets below. Ana and Roberto were wonderful, efficient hosts, quick to respond and enthusiastic about sharing local experiences, restaurants, and things to do. The rooms were nicely appointed, with fresh paint, effective air conditioning, and new bathroom fixtures that worked. The coffee machine, biscuits, toilet accessories, towels, and sheets were all good quality, easily on a grade A hotel level. Don’t think twice.

The room was quiet, which matters a lot to us. Our hosts were always available when we messaged, and let us keep the car in the parking area a little longer at no extra cost. We arrived after the stated check-in time, which I honestly hadn’t noticed. The hosts didn’t say a word about it. They met us at the parking area, insisted on carrying our luggage, drove us to the property in a very good car, and brought everything up to the room. Then our host spent 30 minutes explaining the area, restaurants, attractions, and other useful tips, and left us a map. I’ve rarely seen such thoughtful customer care.

Really nice details, and the staff were very friendly. Great hotel, highly recommended. I’ll definitely come back.
