Abde really came through for my sister and me. We had booked a ride from Los Seises to Seville Airport for 7am on Feb.11. About half an hour before pickup, the driver messaged on WhatsApp saying we’d have to walk five minutes to meet him because his vehicle couldn’t get down the narrow streets. Abde suggested asking him to come along another street closer to the hotel. I sent that message, but the driver didn’t reply, and he also didn’t answer when I tried calling multiple times. To make sure we didn’t miss the ride, Abde walked with us and our two large suitcases to the pickup spot. He also told the driver it wasn’t appropriate to ignore our messages. Patient and professional, Abde showed real care for others. The hotel was also ideally central for shopping, sightseeing, and dining. We walked to many places and took Ubers for others, and every staff member we met was considerate and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved the beautiful bar downstairs and the rooftop bar with its great view. Our room was welcoming and surprisingly spacious, with a bright vanity separate from the bathroom and shower, which was handy. It’s an excellent hotel in the middle of the city, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. I’ll stay again next time I’m in Seville.

The rooms were decent and a good size, and the hotel is well located, but service really hurt our experience. I was there October 3-6 on a busy weekend in Seville, and the hotel seemed understaffed, especially at breakfast. As a Titanium Elite member, I chose the continental option, which was just fruit and pastries on a tray, plus coffee and juice. The waiter said we could only have one cup of coffee, and our juice never arrived. I travel a lot, and hotels normally let you refill coffee. The rooftop bar was busy as well, and it took a while for anyone to acknowledge us so we could order and pay. Check-in and checkout were okay, but the front desk agents didn’t smile and seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

The location was the only good part. Our room smelled like sewer, and the restaurant was closed most days even though signs said it was open daily. I can only assume staff had been moved to help with the events. There were so many outside events that hotel guests could barely use the facilities they’d paid for. The elevators were always full of event attendees, and the rooftop, one of the hotel’s main draws, was packed with no tables available. At one point we were escorted out of the terrace bar and asked if we wanted a “table by the pool” instead, because private events had taken over the whole area. When we went to the pool, two events were happening at once. The place felt more like an event venue than a hotel for guests. Very disappointing.
