The staff are the reason this earned five stars for me. By checkout, I felt like they were family. The front desk people I met were a delight, especially at check-in and check-out, and when I left a precious object behind they contacted me promptly so I could come retrieve it. The breakfast attendant, a woman with a Colombian accent, was so sweet, and the selection was good for a very reasonable price. I wasn’t happy with the room they chose for me. It had an odd layout and an odor, and the hotel seemed empty, so I felt they could have offered something better, perhaps with a view of the beautiful Setas. I did love the decor, though, a cool mix of vintage and modern. It’s easy to get around from this accessible area, and I walked everywhere. Being right in front of Las Setas makes the hotel very easy to find. The terrace was closed, but they gave me the key so I could go up and enjoy the view. I recommend the hotel if you’re going to Sevilla.

The rooms are spacious and get a thorough cleaning every day. The hostesses are friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. From the receptionist’s welcome through checkout, staying here was a pleasure.

Our view was amazing, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for seeing the city. Fantastic stay at the Seville palace hotel. I’d happily recommend it and stay again.

The air conditioning kept the room wonderfully cool, and reception were very helpful with information and booking train tickets. An excellent hotel choice in Sevilla. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
