The location was good, and the front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. But the rest of the stay didn't feel worth the price. We paid €270 a night specifically for a room with a private terrace pool, and when we arrived the pool was empty apart from a little rainwater. Nobody had told us ahead of time, even though it was a major reason we chose that room and paid more. We would have liked the chance to decide whether to switch to another room or book a standard one. Breakfast also fell short for this level of hotel. Apparently because of the rain, there was no coffee machine, just capsules in the room. We'd filled in the breakfast form the day before, but the order was the exact opposite of what we'd selected. It was corrected and still came out wrong again, costing us nearly an hour of what should have been a peaceful morning. For this price range, we're highly disappointed.

The staff made us feel so welcome, and the rooms had plenty of space with gorgeous décor. We also loved how easy it was to explore Seville from this beautifully restored old palace.

The team made our stay especially memorable. Everyone was warm, discreet, and professional, and Rafael was always cheerful and gave us great ideas for Seville, from markets and local food to restaurants and cultural outings. Our suite was around 60 m², with a comfortable bed, a large, well-equipped bathroom, calming décor, and everything spotless. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with the option to have it in the room or garden. The garden is lovely, and guests can join a free guided visit there. Palacio Bucarelli is a peaceful place despite being close to the cathedral, the Alcázar, and Triana. The restored 17th-century palace mixes old-world character with modern style, and our suite felt both special and comfortable. We came away with lovely memories and would happily return to Seville.

Rafa gave us really useful tips for our Andalucía road trip when we checked out, and they made the rest of our travels much better. We loved the peaceful neighborhood too, with bars and sights close by on foot. The courtyard and pool were just right for cooling off and relaxing in the heat. Thanks, Rafa!

We had a great Valentine’s Day stay. The palace is peaceful, even though you have to walk to the main attractions, and I prefer that. Breakfast was sweet, and it’s easy to reach some really good restaurants.
