Puerta Catedral Suites

We had a memorable stay at Puerto Catedral. The rooftop view was breathtaking, and from this incredible apartment we could walk to all the attractions and hundreds of restaurants and bars. The hosts were especially great to communicate with, always courteous and replying to our messages within seconds. They let us check in early and didn't rush us when we were a few minutes late checking out. Families and groups have everything they need here, and can avoid spending money on multiple hotel rooms. I've attached the view from the building's rooftop.

The WiFi wasn't great, but we spent so little time in the room that it didn't matter much. It's a great base for a city break, with clean rooms and facilities that had everything we needed. One suggestion for management: add a dark face cloth or towel to the bathrooms. As four women, we felt bad using white towels to wash off makeup.

We stayed in the fifth-floor apartment in March 2026 as a family of four, two adults and two teenagers. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the location couldn't be better. Staff were helpful and communicative when we had questions or requests.

The cathedral view was great, and the apartment is central to most activities and easy to reach. The only thing that needs improvement is the WiFi. We struggled to get a signal, and only one person could connect at a time. With teenagers who had no mobile access, that made things very interesting :)
