Santiago 15 Hotel Casa Palacio

Breakfast was good, and the staff were very nice. The rooms are small, but the bed is super comfortable. We slept with the balcony door open and the sound of the water fountain was lovely. It’s a ten-minute walk to Sevilla center. The picture was taken three minutes from the hotel.

This small hotel is in a lovely old house with a central courtyard. The rooms are simple, with no mini fridge or kettle, and they aren’t very soundproof. Staff were really friendly, and there’s a parking garage a reasonable distance away.

The room smelled strongly of chlorine, to the point where I started to feel like I was suffocating. How could they use so much chlorine while cleaning? It was also very cold and uncomfortable, and the breakfast was unbelievably poor: just a few kinds of salami and some cheese. We stayed three days over Valentine’s Day and paid 200 euros a night. I was extremely disappointed, and this hotel doesn’t deserve that price. We were put on the third floor, where the stairs were very uncomfortable. The room was basic and didn’t look like the photos, so don’t trust the pictures. There was a very, very bad smell in the room. The hotel’s only advantage is its excellent location right in the old city center. That’s it, nothing more. I strongly don’t recommend it. Please don’t waste your time and money, find another hotel.

The rooms are a bit basic, but fine for the price. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was tasty and good. It’s a really nice hotel full of character, in a quiet spot close to the historic center.
