You’ll find plenty of local shops and restaurants here, without the area feeling packed with tourists. It’s on a very quiet street, not too far from the city center. The residence has charming, typical architecture. I’d definitely recommend it!

Sevilla made a brilliant base from this quiet, residential spot, about a 15-minute walk from the tourist sights. We stayed in no.9 and loved having a private balcony, as well as the lovely pool area and shared upstairs terrace. The apartment is beautiful, full of natural light, with wonderful views of the convent. The modern decor and furniture were lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. It looked even better than the photos. The building is impeccably clean and well maintained, with lovely decor and a Sevillian feel. Please ignore the bad reviews here. This was one of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in, and we’d happily come back anytime we’re in Sevilla. I’m disappointed to see people leaving bad reviews.

The bed was very good, the air conditioning worked well, and the host was responsive and helpful. There’s a Dolce Gusto machine too. Still, this wasn’t worth the money, and it’s not “luxury.” The photos are misleading, as the website makes it look much better. It’s around a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, and the apartment was pretty noisy. The lighting was very bright, even the reading light. The pool was small and very dirty, with green stains and other stuff in it. The garden seats need replacing, and the roof terrace has potential but lacks decent seating and lighting. The apartment needs fresh paint, with lots of stains on the walls and doors, plus stains on the couch. Kitchen supplies were poor: a scratched pan and only one towel for drying dishes. There was mold in the bathroom. There’s no full-length mirror, which matters to some women.

Room #1 was a disaster. There was no light, just two tiny windows onto an inside patio, and no way to get fresh air. It was loud and noisy, with no privacy, as other comments have mentioned. The listing is completely misleading.
