The apartment was fully equipped, and the location was really good. A fantastic place.

Lola refused to return any of our money, even though we offered to accept a partial refund. A group of friends from Valencia and I had booked for January 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, but the Adamuz train tragedy led to our trains being cancelled. We live far away and had no car, so we couldn’t make the trip. I felt there was no empathy or understanding about a force majeure situation, and it seemed to me that she profited from a tragedy. I won’t recommend this place.

There’s no luggage storage, so you have to pay extra to use a nearby locker, even though that’s a service most places offer. At €125 a night, I didn’t think it was worth the price. The main problem was sleep. The apartment is at street level, with bar terrace tables just outside the bedroom and living room windows. The old windows don’t seal, so you hear absolutely everything. We reported the noise through the booking platform, but the accommodation didn’t seem to care or offer even some compensation. Zero empathy.

The two things that bothered me were the street noise and the cold bathroom. The apartment is basically at ground level, right across from a restaurant, so it gets very noisy. In winter, even an electric heater in the bathroom would help. It’s small but laid out well, and four people can sleep comfortably without feeling short on space. You can walk to a couple of supermarkets and mini-markets for supplies. The central location also puts Seville’s main attractions just a few minutes away on foot.
