The owner was so nice and sweet, and the apartment had everything, a bathroom, little kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, and more. Lots of attractions are only a 5-10 minute walk away. Would recommend 😁.

The place was really clean, and the host was great. There was plenty of information, too. Great location, though the narrow staircase and lift won’t suit people who dislike them.

I’ve stayed in plenty of apartments abroad over more than 20 trips, and this was the best kept one. The host was incredibly friendly, luggage storage was available, and you could tell they take real pride in the place. It was spotless, the building was said to be brand new, and I didn’t see a single bug. The Castelbel amenities, fresh-smelling towels and bedding, and the overall scent were lovely. I’m very sensitive to smells, but there was no sewer odor at all, unlike places that cover it with air freshener for a day. The housekeeping seemed really thorough, and even the free washing machine was a plus. The building was well maintained, the view was fantastic, and the location was great. Inside the building, the soundproofing between floors was excellent. The place itself was impeccable and clearly set up with guests’ comfort in mind. I want to be clear that my problem was outside the host’s control, and I don’t mean this as an attack on the property. The two tapas bars below it got incredibly loud all three nights I was there. People were screaming and singing in the street until 3 a.m. Even after the bars closed at midnight, crowds were still hanging around, drinking and making noise. It wasn’t just normal street sounds, and the noise came right through the window. I’ve read that places near Seville Cathedral can be noisy, but this one is about 13 minutes away, and it was still hard to sleep. I ended up napping during the day. This was my first visit to Seville, though I’ve stayed in Spain before, and I haven’t had street noise this bad in other Spanish accommodations. I know European buildings can be hard to soundproof, and I wasn’t expecting Korean hotel standards. I can usually sleep through some noise, and the person with me normally falls asleep within five minutes, but even they had trouble in the early hours. It felt like a weekend issue in the neighborhood, not something caused by the accommodation. Aside from that, this was the best place I’ve stayed. The care they put into it was worth it, but I did have a hard time sleeping.

We came as a family and got a warm welcome. They looked after our luggage before check-in, and checking in was simple. The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, with more than enough amenities for our needs. The staff were always ready to help. The location is great, near the city center and Triana, by the Guadalquivir River. Good price, too. I’d highly recommend staying here.
