Wish Suite San Gil De Sevilla

A decent mid-range place, close enough to the center if you’re able to walk a bit each day. Breakfast was pretty good overall, though the coffee wasn’t great. The rooms were clean, as were the pool and the other facilities. There’s also a very cute garden inside. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed in the old part and got a fantastic room with a glassed-in balcony outside. Breakfast was marvellous too, with everything you could want at a great price. Absolutely loved it, deserves at least ten stars!

The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel is not far from the historic center. Still, paying $400 a night for this stay was disappointing and felt overpriced. Our room smelled quite bad, maybe from damp or smoke. People were smoking in the common areas, even though Expedia listed the hotel as nonsmoking. The room opened onto the restaurant, and the windows did nothing to block sound. People sat by our window talking late into the night, then breakfast setup and cleaning started very early with even louder noise. We didn’t get much rest.

Marta at reception was so kind and efficient. I asked for a kettle and an iron, and both were brought to my room straight away. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for her, and she’s a great representative of the company. The hotel is excellent, and the staff are friendly and professional.
