Puerta de San Fernando

This was perfect for our little girls trip. The rooms were nice, clean, and had lots of room for clothes and luggage. Loved the pretty terrace and pool, and the decor had a nice feminine touch. We could walk everywhere from this perfect location.

The Numa team stood out, professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The place is new and has some kinks to work through, but honestly, I'd stay again. The location couldn't be better and the apartment is gorgeous. I loved the self check-in and keypad entry, so I didn't have to carry a key card around. A/C and WiFi stopped working after the first day, which was a problem because the apartment faces the sun and has lots of windows. It got HOT even in “winter.” I had to bring it up a few times before someone came to fix it, but then it was fine. Mosquitoes were a big issue in room 102. At one point, the buzzing kept us awake, and my brother got loads of bites. There was also a large, creepy bug, I don't want to say what but 🪳, in the living room and one bathroom. We handled it ourselves after telling staff, but this place needs an exterminator asap. Cleaning could be better. The three-bedroom apartment is huge, so the team has a lot to do, but check-in isn't until 3 pm and check-out is 11 am latest. That's plenty of time, yet there was hair and dust on bathroom walls and in corners, old socks in the washing machine, and a stained mattress pad, which they promptly replaced. Guests are supposed to take garbage up to the roof to throw out, but people leave it by the front steps. I think that's helped cause the 🪳 issue and the unpleasant smell at the entrance. Guests need to be told not to leave trash there. There's also a cafe next door, with exhaust, no doubt contributing too.

The terrace had lovely views, and the apartment was spacious and nicely designed. Such a great place to stay, probably the best location for seeing the city. We absolutely loved it!

The terrace and its view were lovely, the furniture was new and comfortable, and the apartment was very spacious. Great location, easy check-in and check-out, and good value for the price. A couple of small hiccups: we needed to contact the team to get hot water in the shower, but that was fixed quickly. We also had a locker problem, sorted quickly too.
