A cozy, peaceful hotel in the middle of a small village, with welcoming people and lovely food. It made a great romantic getaway, and was wonderful for us and our two dogs. The owners were caring and thoughtful about the details. Our room was comfortable, the hotel was beautiful, and the gardens were well looked after. There are lots of nearby places to walk dogs freely, and ours got treats when we arrived. They were very spoiled and happy, and the staff understood dog dynamics and made them feel at home. There were three other friendly dogs at the hotel, and they even joined us on a few walks nearby. We'll definitely be back.

Everything at Hotel Cardamomo was magnificent, from the facilities and restaurant to our spacious room and its super comfortable bed. The restaurant food was gourmet quality. Our dog got the best welcome ever when three dogs greeted us at the entrance. A wonderful experience for all of us. Thank you!

Our dog was just as happy there as we were, with plenty of room to run around and meet other dogs. We found the hotel cozy and very welcoming to pets, with lovely views all around. The staff were kind and attentive, and the food was fantastic. Don’t miss the tarta de queso. We left feeling properly relaxed after a great weekend.

The restaurant alone makes Cardamomo hotel worth a stay. We loved the local ingredients and well-prepared dishes, especially the cheese board and croquettas. There’s also a lovely garden and pool, with spots to sit among the green prairie and read or simply unwind. It felt so peaceful that we could easily have stayed for weeks, exploring Siguenza and the surrounding places at our own pace.
