For the price, this is a very affordable guesthouse, suited to a short stay or an occasional weekend. It has a shared dining room, parking is easy nearby, and the beds were comfortable. Cleanliness was generally acceptable. There's no lift, so you need to take the stairs to the first floor. Our triple room had single beds and a private bathroom, but it was small. A semi-transparent plastic partition separated the bathroom from the room, leaving little privacy, and the shower itself was quite small despite having another screen around it. The air conditioning worked well. There was also a small flat-screen TV, though you couldn't see it from every bed. A lively, busy pub run by the same people is directly downstairs, so there was some noise. It wasn't unbearable, but it's something to bear in mind. The guesthouse, 13Hostel, is on the outskirts of Utrera, and you can't expect much more at this price.

We were quite satisfied with the comfortable rooms and the very good service. They may feel a little small if you have lots of luggage. We paid €30 a night in May; I can't say what it costs during the rest of the year. A pub is right downstairs and you can hear some music, but it was bearable. It's walkable to the center, parking was easy, and there are supermarkets nearby, including a Mercadona, plus several bars. There's also a café across the street where you can get a great breakfast.

The room was far too small, and the bathroom was inside it behind a partition that didn't reach the ceiling, so there was no privacy. A window above the bathtub let in air, but the room still felt quite cold even with the air conditioning set to 30 degrees, and the unit made an exaggerated amount of noise. We could hear everything from the other rooms, as well as the pub music downstairs. The hot water was only lukewarm, the bathroom outlet didn't work, and the room outlet was broken. The kitchen microwave was so dirty I wouldn't even put my rubbish in it. I wouldn't come back.

The bed and comfort were good, but I really didn't like how the bathroom was set up inside the room, separated from the beds by a partition. It's right beside it, so imagine trying to use the bathroom with your head pressed against the partition. Anyway, that part was unpleasant.
