Apartup Ruzafa Design

We had a really pleasant stay. Our room was quiet and clean, and the view from the 6th floor was lovely. There was a great rooftop patio looking out over the neighborhood. The only small hassle was the bed being against a wall on one side, which made getting in and out a bit awkward.

Ana was a wonderful, helpful host when we checked in. The room was very nice and clean, and the shower was the best we've had in all of Spain. We've been here 45 days and stayed in about 25 hotels. We could also control the a/c ourselves. Rufasa is young, hip, and trendy, with restaurants all around. The place is very clean and centrally located. We walked into old town and took the bus to and from the beach and Science district. It's also very close to North train station and Joachim Sorrella.

Gabi was such a helpful host and gave us great restaurant tips. The room was good, and the hotel is right in the centre of Ruzafa, with everything within walking distance. You can also rent an electric bike for only 6 euro’s if you want to explore.

They signed me up for a rewards program called tipster without asking or getting my consent. There were no amenities, not even coffee or tea in the room. Bike rental was the only thing, and you can find that on every block in Valencia. The staff were very nice, but the hotel sits on a really loud corner next to a nightclub that was extremely noisy until 3 or 4 am every night, making it very hard to sleep. We were put in the worst room, on the 1st floor facing the club. The shower had mold and peeling paint on the ceiling. When we told the staff, they cleaned it and left another meat platter. They wouldn't move us or refund anything, so we checked out a night early and paid for the room anyway. They did leave a little meat tray because it was our honeymoon. The location may be good depending on what you want to do, but the noise made the stay miserable.
