The gym was the one weak spot. It's very small and, in my opinion, not set up for a proper workout. I didn't try breakfast or the spa, so I can't comment on those. The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything, and each employee was friendly and helpful. We were on the first floor, but the large street-facing windows still let in lots of light. Cafes, restaurants, shops and the metro are all within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here and will come back. The hotel feels luxurious, chic and elegant, with the rooms designed so beautifully. They left chocolate, biscuits, a postcard and a foot mask as a welcome gift, then put chocolate on our pillows every day. There was a pillow menu, a hair straightener as well as a dryer, a bidet, Clarins toiletries and a Marshall speaker, plus more. I especially liked the water counter built into the bathroom mirror, which tracked how much water you drank each day. The hotel also had a pillow selection you could order to suit your sleeping preferences, and the beds were very comfortable. Our spacious room was clean and well maintained. We could sometimes hear street noise from the third floor, but it wasn't excessive or bothersome. This is a full-service hotel, and I'd choose it again next time I'm in Valencia.

The gym is small, with just a few machines and one rack of dumbbells, but it helped me keep in shape. Staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful and professional. Our room had nice firm mattresses and all the amenities we wanted. The location is close to the city centre and its cultural and historic sights, yet it was quiet with almost no noise at night.
