Eurostars Gran Valencia Hotel

Our stay was uncomfortable, and the hotel felt nowhere near four-star quality. There was a musty smell, and we found water and stains on the bedding and countertops. We also had a major leak from above our room. It left a large water mark on the bathroom ceiling, and water spilled onto the floor, which felt like a safety hazard. When we told the staff, they were dismissive and said someone would come right away. We waited for an hour, then another, with no one showing up. Eventually someone came and just slapped something over the leak. Even after we asked, they wouldn’t move us or refund us while repairs were done and we stayed elsewhere. They wanted to do the repair while we were still there, and we didn’t feel safe. The hotel was also very far from anywhere. It wasn’t worth the price, and I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

The views were fantastic, the service was good all round, and the underground car park was a real plus. Nice hotel, though it may be a bit far out.

The hotel is very close to metro and bus services, and breakfast was good with a nice range of choices. The staff were friendly there too. Our room was comfortable and quiet. It would have been nice to have bottled water, though we did have tea and a kettle.

The hotel was clean, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s also a small gym and a rooftop pool, though the pool wasn’t open while we were there. Its location is excellent for reaching central Valencia by metro.
