Parker The Urban Flats

Getting around Valencia was perfect for us, with buses nearby and the metro across the road. Reception staff were ace, friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis without fuss and gave us directions to the sights. We stayed four nights from 7.4.2026 with our 11-year-old child. The room was enormous and divided enough that we all had a bit of privacy. It was clean and tidy, with a fridge, cooker and even a dishwasher. It was also very quiet for a city location. The only small drawback was that we had to wait for hot water in the shower, but it always came eventually. We travel a lot and couldn't fault the place. We'll recommend it to friends and family.

The one drawback was that the bedroom wasn't separate from the living room and kitchen. Otherwise, this was the best choice for our stay. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, and the receptionists were kind and helpful. We were travelling with a child and arranged a crib and high chair with them in advance. Our child also got a small gift and a coloring sheet.

Parker The Urban Flats made a comfortable, practical base for exploring Valencia. The location gave us easy access to major attractions, public transport and good places to eat, while the neighbourhood stayed calm and pleasant. The rooms were large and bright, with a welcome sense of space that felt more like being at home than in a typical hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out, which made it convenient for both short and longer stays. Everything was clean and well maintained, with clear attention to detail.

We chose this place because we like staying somewhere convenient. The metro is at most three or four minutes away, and in the other direction you can get to the town centre in under ten minutes. Turia Park is about a ten-minute walk. We had the penthouse at the back of the hotel. The view on that side isn't glamorous, but it was wonderfully quiet in the evenings. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean, modern and just like the website pictures, which was a relief. There's a decent kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower, lots of clothes storage, and a good-sized balcony with a dining spot and two simple loungers.
