We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. The apartment was right in the centre of Valencia, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and good pubs and bars. The views over the main square were sublime, and everything felt worth the price. It was spotless and worked really well for our group of 4-5 people. There was everything we could think of, including lots of appliances and plug sockets. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. One small suggestion: there were five of us but only two pairs of keys, so it would've been easier if everyone had their own. Still, I couldn't fault the place.

Staff based offsite were very helpful, and they can hold your luggage if you arrive before the flat is ready, which is typically at 16:00. The flat is stylish, with modern appliances including a smart TV, and has a great view of La Reina plaza. It's usually very quiet, though a noisy neighbour could be an issue. There was also a bad smell in the central courtyard, so keep the internal window shut.

The penthouse was clean, spacious, and really comfortable, with an unbeatable location. Thanks, Javier and Daria. It's probably one of the best and most beautiful vacation apartments I've stayed in. I could live here.

The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was exceptionally clean. It's in a wonderfully central location too. I'd definitely stay at Mon Suites again.

The service was awful. We went to reception on Thursday and asked to speak with the manager, but were told they weren't working and wouldn't be available until Monday. We emailed as well, and still had no response even after several days. I won't come back.
