Pensión Alicante

The location was ideal, right in the city center near shops, restaurants, and public transport. The street was lively in the evening, but it wasn’t noisy at night. The place was very clean and well cared for, and quick, helpful WhatsApp communication made check-in and check-out easy. They also let us leave our luggage in a locker before check-in and after checkout, which was a big plus. A special thanks to the cleaning lady, who was kind and helpful and did a great job. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Our room was small but still felt spacious, with a balcony over the main street. The AC was great, and the shutters helped at night. Staff were really helpful, the location is great, and the facilities were fine. I’d recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The location is excellent, with everything you need right nearby, and the room was clean, with lovely floor details. The AC was already on when we arrived, which made it comfortable. We stayed two nights at Pensión Alicante by Moontels, but wouldn’t recommend it. The room was very small, and the price didn’t match the experience. There’s no bathroom window, so opening the room window to air it out or let out shower humidity brought in a strong, unpleasant smell from the air shaft. The bathroom was so cramped that my feet touched the door while I was sitting on the toilet. The building is a charming preserved historic property, and I understand keeping the original doors, but the soundproofing was poor. We could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

A small, clean room in a perfect spot for exploring Valencia Old Town. Although the bathroom is shared, there’s a shower and sink in the bedroom.
