The studio was decent, but I was told at check-in that I’d been upgraded and then arrived to find another studio. They upgraded me on my previous stay. The two single beds were pushed together but still made up separately. The bathroom is spacious, though the toilet sits very close to the wall. The kitchen is okay, with limited crockery and cutlery and no microwave. There’s a washing machine but no dryer, clothes rack, or anywhere to hang wet things, so it’s pretty pointless.

I’ve stayed here several times on business trips. It’s consistently clean, tidy, and fairly well equipped. The location is good, with easy access from the main highways, and the mall is a five-minute drive away. The receptionist is very nice.

I made a booking by mistake and showed the hotel proof of the error, but they still refused to cancel it. There was time for them to rent the room to someone else. Very poor customer service.

There’s a kitchen in the room, and little dogs are allowed. Good location, with enough bars and restaurants around.
