The house wasn’t clean when we arrived for the long weekend, and we weren’t happy with either the cleanliness or the way we were treated. We raised the issue as soon as we could. Without us asking, the person who checked us in said we wouldn’t have to pay for the extra night we’d requested because we were dissatisfied, so we left without paying for it. This morning another person who checks in with us asked for the money as if we were criminals who’d left without paying. We sent her the payment by Bizum straight away. We hadn’t asked for a free night; it had been offered. We have the right to take action. This isn’t a threat or blackmail, it’s what happened.

The town and its surroundings are beautiful, but the service was unfriendly and the house wasn’t clean. The bathrooms weren’t each stocked with shower gel and shampoo: one had a little shampoo, while the other only had shower gel.

The Nesquik was past its date, the cleanliness was only mediocre, and the service felt unpleasant.

The landscape here is magnificent, and the village itself is beautiful. A lovely spot to get away and switch off for a few days.

Fabulous. I’d have liked to stay longer, instead of just coming for weekends.
