Never again. After the long drive from Barcelona, we got there at 09:05 and found nobody at reception. Nobody answered the regular number or the emergency phone. If you arrive between 9 o’clock and 14 o’clock, there’s no one there and no one picks up. We had to drive back to Barcelona and return to the hotel during the night. The staff themselves were nice, and the room was acceptable, but the beds make a lot of noise.

My room was spacious, with a great balcony and a comfortable bathroom. I had a wonderful stay, and the hotel is near the beach and the 'rambla de la pau'.

The staff were hospitable, thanks for that. Still, people coming in at night don’t respect that others are sleeping, and the cleaning service starts before 8, which is bothersome.

I felt like I was getting luxury for what I paid. The staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful, and they seem to care about the guest experience. They even gave me a bigger room than I needed just to be nice. The room was clean and pleasant, with a fridge, bathtub, balcony, coffee, and a biscuit. All at a good price.

For the price, it’s hard to beat. The location was great and the place was clean. The lift wasn’t working, unfortunately, but otherwise it was great.
