The place was really clean and quiet for such a central location. The staff were lovely, too. Fantastic stay, I can't recommend it enough.

You can walk to most places in about 15 minutes, and the location is great. The staff were friendly. Our room wasn't as clean as we'd expected, and there were lots of ants in it.

The location is great, just steps from the Gran Via, and I felt completely safe there. My room was bigger than I expected, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. I loved my stay and would gladly come back.

The staff were excellent and very understanding when our flight was overbooked. They made sure the room would still be reserved for us when we arrived. Great location!

In my opinion, this place is really only suited to backpackers. The beds are very small, it wasn't very clean, and there was noise from the street below.
