Tazones is well worth a visit, and Playa España is right next door, which was amazing. The place is close to everything, with Gijón under 20 minutes away, but still tucked away enough to unwind. Clara and Gustavo were so warm and welcoming, and made us feel at home. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, and we were happy with the service and hospitality. Everything went well. Booking ahead is a good idea if needed.

For a one-night stay, the price felt out of step with the quality. We had to get into the room through a floor hatch, and nobody had told us beforehand. Inside, there was very little furniture, and the mattresses were really uncomfortable. The bathroom was cramped, with a very low sink, a toilet that needs replacing, and shower water that ended up splashing onto the floor below. The towels were badly worn and had bleach stains.
