The apartment was shabby, and I'm just waiting for night so we can leave. We booked for two adults, a 3-year-old and a baby, but there's only a small double bed and a sofa for all four of us. Inside, there was a musty, stuffy smell, unbearable heat, an air conditioner that didn't cool, exposed wires, and a broken drawer. Getting there was a mess too. With two very young children, we picked up the keys from a place 15 minutes away, parked as close as we could, got our luggage over, and then found out the keys were wrong. We called both numbers, supposedly staffed 24 hours, more than twenty times and got no answer. We had to walk all the way back to collect the right keys. We asked them to cover at least a taxi back or compensate us somehow, and the receptionist reluctantly agreed.
