The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served on time, helping our meeting go smoothly. We held our meeting with **Japan Tobacco International> (JTI), also known as National Tobacco Ethiopia, at Best Western Plus Hotels. The setting was welcoming, professional, and well organized from the moment we arrived. Dawit G made the experience especially good. He was attentive, polite, and careful with the details, making sure everyone was comfortable and serving food and drinks promptly with a warm smile. His respectful manner and dedication reflected well on the hotel. The bar music was excellent, with a great selection that made for a lively, enjoyable atmosphere. The service from bartenders Habtamu S. and Habtamu T. made the evening special too. They were professional and friendly, with real attention to detail, and made guests feel welcome and looked after. Andinet, the supervisor, also deserves recognition for his professionalism and leadership. He kept everything organized and running smoothly. I highly recommend visiting the bar for the service.

At breakfast in the hotel restaurant, Dawit G explained the menu clearly, made good recommendations, and got our food to us on time. He was humble, friendly, patient, and professional, always quick with our requests and wearing a smile. His service made the meal special, and he's highly recommended. Nafsi and Betty made the massage experience awesome, and the facilities and environment were fantastic, clean, and welcoming. The ladies are lovely and know their work. It was my first Thai Massage, with Masresha treating my friend, and she was very good. I felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. I'll do it again.
