I booked from Saturday the 15th to Sunday the 16th and the reservation was confirmed, but when I arrived they said there were no rooms. I messaged the hotel on Saturday to explain that I would land in Addis at 6:45 a.m. the next day and only needed somewhere to rest until the noon checkout. I called too, and they confirmed the room would be ready at 7 a.m. on Sunday the 16th. A room should be held for you through checkout the following day, but they gave mine away even after confirming I could come by for a few hours to rest.

We had a deluxe double room and it was huge. The beds and everything else were really comfortable, and breakfast was good. They also have a good coffee machine. The location is nice, and we loved our stay in Addis. Highly recommend it.

The restaurant stays open around the clock, so I could always get something to eat, whatever time I got back. Breakfast was included, and the beds were comfortable, with hot water. It's a clean, mid-range hotel. The manager was very friendly on the free airport shuttle rides there and back. I did see some bugs crawling around my room one day, but at this price I'm not complaining.

The owner, his wife, the security team and staff all went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. They are available 24 hours and ready to help with whatever you need. I felt a lot of warmth and a close-knit family atmosphere. The hotel is neat and well maintained, and for what I paid, I'd definitely recommend it.

The bathroom was terrible, and the rooms felt low class for such a high price. Breakfast was funny 😂
