We had a great time here, and the room made a big difference: clean, comfortable, and with amazing views of the City, Tabor mountain and Lake Hawassa. Thanks to all the staff for being so friendly and respectful throughout our stay. I’d gladly recommend this Hotel to visitors.

The bathroom showers could use an upgrade, but that was the only drawback for me. Ker-Awud is in a perfect spot in Hawasa, offers amazing service, and is great value. The cultural restaurant with live performances was a nice touch. Great experience overall!

The breakfast has both Ethiopian and continental choices, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Since it's centrally located, getting around the city and over to nearby Lake Hawassa is easy. A relaxing, quality stay. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, and the cultural bar at the hotel was mesmerizing. Everyone was friendly, while the front desk and waitresses stood out for their excellent reception and service. Our Deluxe room was great, though the AC wasn't working.
