My wife and I recently stayed at the Sidra International Hotel and were so happy with the service. Everyone, from customer service to top management, was awesome. We especially appreciate the hospitality from manager Mr. Hamsalework, a great person. I really recommend this place for quality service. Thank you!

The room at Sidra was cozy, spotless and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and breakfast was great. I liked that it's close to shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The staff are friendly, but don't seem well managed. There are lots of them and very few guests, yet empty cups can sit on tables for 30 minutes. From the crumbs and grease, tables look like they may only be wiped once a day. If Kenyan airways puts you here as a transit passenger, refuse the hotel. I'm not sure why else anyone would stay. It's poorly run and maintained: half the room lights don't work or have bulbs missing, the toilet seat and main door lock are broken, and we got one towel with a hole in it. The food offered to transit passengers is so poor it isn't worth eating, and there are no options to go elsewhere.

I stayed for more than three weeks and was happy with everything. The morning steam and sauna came with a free foot massage, and all the staff and the manager provided very nice service. I’d strongly recommend it, and I’d come back myself.
