Bethlehem made check-in easy and shared useful information about the area. Even with road construction in front of the property, my stay at Best Western Pearl was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were attentive, courteous, and ready to help. I first met their shuttle driver, Yohanes, at the airport. He was kind and helpful with local information, and his hospitality convinced me to book here. It's one of my favorite budget-friendly hotels in the city, with great value and service. Highly recommended.

The location was the only issue, with construction outside. But the hospitality was amazing. I came on a short trip with my daughter, who is 6 years old, and we've never felt so welcome at a hotel. From the concierge to the cleaners, we give everyone 5 stars.

Fasika at reception deserves a special mention. Her competence, friendly manner, and smile made it easy to overlook the other inconveniences. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with plenty for international guests. The airport transfer and return were well organized and took no more than 5 minutes. The interior is a little outdated but very clean, though the bathroom had a slightly musty smell. At night during a power outage, the emergency generator in the courtyard was so loud that sleep was impossible in the rooms at the back. As of December 2025, the road outside was a huge construction site, and access was difficult, only possible along dusty, hard-to-reach paths.

Tsion, the Reservation Manager, went above and beyond to make sure my booking and stay were just right. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. Best Western Plus Pearl Addis was clean, comfortable, and well managed throughout my stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Addis.

The free shuttle made getting to and from the airport hassle-free, and the location of Best Western Plus Pearl is very convenient. I felt well looked after the whole time. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, and the service was excellent. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.
