The sunsets were magical, and the staff were so friendly. We loved hearing them sing with such contagious joy. Our accommodation was very clean, and both the food and service in the restaurant were delicious. We traveled a long way to see this beautiful place, shared photos of our stay, and hope to come back.

The glamping tent was the best part, very luxurious and just a stone's throw from the gorgeous beach. After a group holiday with friends, we spent three magical nights here relaxing and swimming. It's not far from Denerau, and South Sea ferries are the best way to get there. Vuda Marina is another option. The staff were the real highlight, so attentive and wonderful. We can't speak highly enough of Hiram, Enoch, Moses, Ake, Mere and Joel, to name just a few. Thank you all. The place is truly open now and ready for visitors, a little piece of paradise and a gateway to everywhere.

As a discerning traveler and hotelier, I don't find this to be another cookie-cutter resort. It's raw and full of character, with uniquely appointed rooms and five-star fixtures and fittings. Traditional carved woodwork with Fijian motifs and the lighting create a comfortable place to stop, relax, and indulge. It's a barefoot stay with happy-go-lucky, genuine Fijian hospitality, the kind that can help a burnt-out guest switch into "drop and flop" mode on Fiji Time. I don't camp or backpack, but glamping here was perfect. I left this little hidden paradise sad and wanting more. It has the makings of a standalone Fijian experience unlike anything I've seen in Fiji. As with most newly opened resorts, it's still transitioning, but it's certainly on the right path to becoming something unique and special. Nightly entertainment feels genuine, and guests mingle over Pacific-rim cuisine. The first-name basis and personal service make it feel like home. I'm sure there's more to come. Vinaka vakalevu, Team. And, in response to another review, this place does exist.

They let you book this place, then the evening before check-in tell you it isn't open yet and book you into the “resort” on the same island. That's when all the trouble starts. What sounds like an upgrade is actually a big downgrade. It feels like a big scam. Stay far away from this place.

Looking at the location, amenities, and room style, I'd choose first landing resort.
