Ramada Suites By Wyndham Seafront Coral Coast

We ended up at the Ramda by chance after a terrible booking experience at another nearby hotel. We were hot, tired, and needed a room. The reception staff were fantastic and got us sorted quickly. Our standard room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the water. The pool was cool and inviting, and we enjoyed dinner at the restaurant downstairs. We had a WiFi issue, but it was fixed quickly. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re in the area. Vinaka to all the staff.

The staff really made this place for us. They were super friendly and happy to go the extra mile. We had a late flight and asked if we could stay by the pool after the 10am checkout, but they gave us a later checkout time instead. We were so grateful and would definitely stay again. It was my first time in Fiji, and getting into our room late at night was no problem. We had a Standard Room with twin beds for two people. The beds were clean and super comfy, and the decor was pretty, though the room felt a bit cramped. We made it work, and there was plenty of balcony space for furniture we didn’t really need inside. Housekeeping came every day, sometimes a bit slowly, and the complimentary toiletries smelled great. It was sometimes warm, as you’d expect with the climate, but we loved the pool and used it often. There were a few dining options onsite. Breakfast was a bit average, while the curry from Sitar was not bad. Beauty and spa treatments are available, and I had a relaxing massage at a great special price. The location was okay, though a bit too far from the airport for my liking. A small town nearby was handy for souvenir shopping, and there’s a Souvenir Shop right next door. The beach views were nice, but it was too rocky for us to swim.

We stayed for eight nights. The room was nice, decent, and generally comfortable, but a serious issue with our property overshadowed everything. One of our large Bluetooth speakers went missing after we asked for it to be kept safely at reception. It was moved without telling us, and the hotel still hasn’t been able to find it. We followed up several times, but were told they didn’t want to inconvenience current guests by checking the rooms. We’ve been significantly inconvenienced ourselves, and our brand new, unboxed speaker is still missing. That would make us think twice about returning.

Ana at reception was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My room at Ramada was super clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, with Sitar restaurant around the corner and Sigatoka town 15 minutes away. I hope to come back again :)
